About this position
The Project Engineer’s mission is to provide project
and technical support services to ATR’s domestic and
international clients. This technologically-savvy,
personable individual will conduct key software
configuration engineering, requirements consulting,
user education, and provide ongoing technical support.

Responsibilities
-
Software Configuration Engineering:
Gather and analyze client-specific requirements and
successfully execute enterprise level product
configurations.

Technical Support: Coordinate technical
support efforts between ATR’s internal Support team
and the client to resolve questions and provide new
solutions in a timely manner.

Learning Facilitation: Facilitate client
education in ATR best practices, software features,
workflows, and advanced product functionality.

Curriculum Development: Develop classroom,
web-based, and computer-based instructions and
quizzes on product functionality and usage best
practices.

Reporting: Complete all associated site
acceptance reports, time reports, and other weekly
reporting as requested.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,
Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in a software engineering,
problem solving, or facilitation role.

Industrial software experience preferred.
-
Ability to travel 50-75% (Domestic and
International).

Valid U.S. Passport

Possess a credit card for travel expense reimbursement

Experience using Microsoft Office and other applicable software tools
